BBC radio about speeding camera.

Recently I listen to BBC to our seminar. "It's quite interesing there was a programme discussing about "speeding camera" which is relative to our seminar. "Speedingcamera "means the camera is installed on the side of road to record the speed of the cars.It's used to controlled the speed of cars and make the roads more safe.Some bodies believe it's effective but o.thers disagree with it.One important thing is that it cost million pounds of the government to install it.
